Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can build an order and send it without an account. If you choose to create one, it keeps a history of your orders so you can look them up later.
How do I pay for my order?
You pay in person when you pick up your order. Nothing is charged on this website, and it never asks for card details. We confirm which payment methods we accept when we confirm your order.
When is the price final?
The price is final when we confirm your order with you. A product shows a price only where we have set one. Products without a set price say "Price confirmed at pickup," and we give you the full total before you pick up.
Where do I pick up my order?
We confirm the pickup location with each order. After you send your order, we contact you with the place and the time before you head out.
Can I choose my pickup date and time?
Yes, as a preference. When you send your order, you can pick a preferred date from tomorrow up to 30 days out. The time windows are Morning (before noon), Afternoon (noon to 5 PM), Evening (after 5 PM). We confirm the actual pickup time with you when we confirm your order.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Reply to the confirmation message we send you, or write to us through the contact form. Include your order number so we can find it quickly, and reach out as early as you can.
What products can I order?
