These terms cover your use of venfriend.com and any pickup order you send through it. Please read them before you place an order.

1. Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or send an order through it.
2. A pickup order is a request until we confirm it
Sending an order through this site does not create a sale. It is a request that we review before anything is set aside for you.
An order becomes confirmed only when we confirm the products, the pickup place and time, and the final price with you. Until then, it is not a commitment on either side.
3. Prices and availability
Prices and availability on this site can change. A product shows a price only where we have set one, and products without a set price say "Price confirmed at pickup."
We confirm the final price and the items we can supply when we confirm your order. If a price or listing on the site contains an obvious error, we will tell you before you pay.
4. Payment at pickup
Nothing is charged on this website, and it never asks for card details. You pay in person when you pick up your order.
We tell you which payment methods we accept when we confirm your order.
5. Our right to decline or cancel an order
We may decline an order or cancel a confirmed one. Common reasons include a product we cannot supply, a pricing error, or an order we cannot confirm with you.
If we decline or cancel your order, we will let you know. Because nothing is charged online, there is no online payment to refund.
6. Changing or canceling your order
To change or cancel an order, reply to our confirmation message or write to us through the contact form. Include your order number, and reach out as early as you can.
7. Machines, Academy and Business services
Venfriend Machines, Venfriend Academy and Venfriend Business are arranged with you directly. We confirm the details, price and terms for each one with you before you commit. These website terms do not set them.
8. Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
You are responsible for activity on your account while it is under your control. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or the law.
9. Using the site fairly
Use this site only for its intended purpose. Do not try to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or probe it for weaknesses.
Do not send false orders or use the site to send anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.
10. Our content and other brands
The text, design, logos and code on this site belong to Venfriend or to those who licensed them to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us first.
Product names, brand names and package images belong to their owners. They appear here because we sell those products.
11. Links to other sites
This site may link to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
12. The site is provided as it is
We work to keep this site accurate and available. However, we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of interruptions.
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time. Product information is provided as a guide, and the details we confirm with your order are the ones that count.
13. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using this site. This includes lost profits, lost sales and lost data.
For any order, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
An order is governed by the terms in place on the day you sent it. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
